Category:Empty Userpages

This category is for collecting all userpages that were left blank because the user did not edit it. They exist because our account request system creates blank userpages when a user is confirmed and their account is created. Some users are not informed that their accounts have been created because the admins did not realize that the users get no automatic message about that, so we have to go to their scratch-user-profile and leave a message there.
