JoyTail is a program that makes joysticks usable with Scratch by enabling remote sensor connections. It does not have a window, as it only appears as an icon on the program bar. Clicking it will let you connect, but to disconnect one must right click it and choose disconnect.

How it Works

The configuration window for the JoyTail program, with all options at their default settings.

The user downloads JoyTail and extracts it. Then when one clicks on it, instead of opening a window, an icon appears on the program bar. If you click on it, the program starts trying to connect to any Scratch program on the computer which has remote sensor connections enabled. If it is right clicked it displays the options: exit, connect/disconnect, and configure.
