Scratch Blocks is a library developed by the Scratch Team forked of Google's Blockly library, which will be used in Scratch 3.0. It has both vertical blocks and horizontal, ScratchJr-style blocks.[1][2]
The project is in active development and should be considered a "developer preview".[3]
