Template:User/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:User (see that page for the template itself). It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template makes it easier for someone to link to another user, complete with a link to the user's contributions, talk page and user page. This also can be used to create a signature for another user. The only parameter needed for this template is a user's username. If a non-existent user is used in the template, red links occur.
