Welcome to the Test Scratch wiki! We hope you enjoy it here! The Scratch Wiki is a encyclopedia written by Scratchers that you can contribute to. This tutorial will help you become a good Scratch Wiki contributor.
The purpose of the Test Scratch Wiki is to allow people of all languages to collaborate on articles in their language. Once enough contributors have participated in a language, the language can get its own wiki. This allows the language to have their own community of admins, editors, and content meant to help inform Scratchers of their language about various topics in Scratch history, as well as tutorials, FAQs, and so much more.
The following pages will give you information about the style and content of Scratch Wiki articles, as well as the Scratch Wiki community and important rules. If you have any more problems bring it up on the community portal.
This is a basic tutorial, not a detailed manual. If you want more details, there are links to other pages for more information. To read them as you go along, you can open them in a separate browser window or tab.
There will be links to the "sandbox", where you can practice what you are learning. Try things out and play around! Nobody will mind if you mess up and experiment in the Sandboxes.
