Please do not create spam articles

Hi,

I had to delete your article Rickroll because it did not contain any useful information. Please only create articles that are either for a specific language (and prefixed with the appropriate prefix for that language) or meta-articles necessary for the operation of the Test Wiki as a whole. Also please keep all content related to Scratch (or the operation of the Test Wiki for meta-articles). Thank you!

I don't see any comments like that on the Wiki contributors studio? You are allowed to create such a page as a subpage of your userpage, but not in the mainspace.

it was several wks ago, its probably lost, btw how do you create in your userspace? You can create a userpage by going here. You can create subpages by creating a page under User:PhoenixSF/Subpage Name Here (for example, User:PhoenixSF/Sandbox for a user sandbox). Also, please do not modify others' talk page messages, including the header.
